Shri Suresh Chandra Sharma was born on the 4th Nov. 1949 in village
Narharpur P.O. Bajidpur, District Aligarh. Suresh acquired his primary
education at Aligarh and in the Bareilly College Bareilly. He studies for the
course of M.Sc. (Physics) and B.Ed. not only was dear Suresh quite
satisfactory consistent in his duties but he was quite brilliant in extracurricular
activities and games and sports. He played Kabaddi, Volley-Ball, Cricket and
Badminton and even Captained the teams of his School & College.
Suresh performed a unique hat trick by remaining the President of the
"Bareilly College Students Union" for three consecutive years i.e. 1969-70,
1970-71 and 1971-72. He was the Secretary of "National Integration
Council" and the "Youth Association" and was also the convener of the
"Youth Peace Force" (Tarun Shanti Sena) and the "Revolution in Education
Campaign" of the Bareilly Division.
Late Suresh Chandra Sharma Conferred honour on the people of
Bareilly by inviting & playing host to such distinguished personalities and
luminaries as the Frontier Gandhi, Khan Abdul Gaffar Khan, Smt. Indira
Gandhi, Sri V.V. Giri, Sri Gopal Swarup Pathak, Sri Jagjiwan Ram, Sri H.N.
Bahuguna, Pt. Kamla Pati Tripathi, Pt. N.D. Tiwari, Dr. Swaroop Singh, Sri
Jainendra Jain and Sri Madan Dass Devi (RSS) etc.
The public of Bareilly was entertained to a feast of entertainment by
dear Suresh who invited Talat Mahmood, Kishore Kumar, Sulakshna Pandit,
Van Shipley, Mahesh Kumar, Raj Kumar and other to Bareilly and arranged
successful music programmes.
Shri Suresh Chandra Sharma entered matrimony on December 4, 1973
at Aligarh when he married the dedicated but devoted Usha. The almighty
blessed him with two daughters Km. Anjali and Km. Nidhi and one son Master
Saket Sudhanshu while Km. Anjali Sharma is adopted daughter of Shri Prem
Prakash Sharma.
In the professional career, he was first appointed in the State Bank of India at Bareilly whereafter he served at Pilibhit. He was delegate and C.C.M.
also he resigned from the Bank in 1974 for taking up the job of an Excise
inspector, on 1-2-1975 he took charge in the Rampur Distillery from 1975-
1978, he was in the Bareilly Circle 3rd & 4th and in 1978-79 he was in the
Rampur Circle III and from 1979 up to May 1980 he was at Kasganj, Distt.
Etah.
May 4, 1980 proved to be ill fated day which snatched away dear
Suresh from our midst and spcit doom and disaster to all those who loved him
so dearly whom he love and respected so intimately and consistently. While
coming back to Kashganj from Delhi Suresh was himself driving his jeep when
near Bulandshahar the cruel hands of death lapt on the gripped him and the
vehicle being driven by him.
He lived every minute of his life in most dynamic eventful and
dedicated way it will not be any exaggeration if it is stated or claimed that even
without living longer than the Suresh Chandra Sharma was able to leave
behind immortal foot-print not only on the sands on but the rock on of time.
He had not even begun his age
came death the common heritage
Suresh was neither a saint not sage
But the human being with exclusive image.
